Yes. Tills, MobilePOS and kitchen displays keep taking and making orders offline, and everything syncs automatically when the connection is back. Offline trading depends on your devices and local network having power, so most stores keep the till, router and kitchen screen on a UPS or inverter.
Aura QuickServe is R995 per store per month ex VAT with AuraPay, or R1 495 with your own payment provider. Aura Restaurant, which adds table service, full recipe-based stock control and your own branded ordering, is R1 995 or R2 495. Hardware, payment processing and third-party fees are extra.
Yes. Self-service kiosks let customers browse, customise, choose sit down or take away and pay by card at the kiosk or at the counter. QR ordering lets them skip the queue, order for collection or have it brought to a QR Drop Zone, commission-free. QuickServe includes Aura-branded QR ordering; Aura Restaurant gives you your own fully branded ordering.

Tills run on Windows or Android, MobilePOS on Android phones and tablets, kiosks on Android, and kitchen displays on Android or Linux. Hardware is quoted separately, and our team will tell you whether equipment you already have can be used.
Yes. Drive-through ordering and collection is available and quoted for each store.
Most independents are trading within days. We set your stores up remotely, train your staff online, and our help desk is open from 6:30 am to 10 pm every day, including public holidays. Franchise groups are converted on a planned rollout of up to 50 stores a week.
